Montenegro Masias vs Iago Nogales

Boxing Daily Report from the Tlolane Promotions promoted show at Santiago de los Caba Lobato, Santiago de los Caballeros,  taking place on 17/08/2025:

Clearly Tlolane Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Dominican Republic-Santiago Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CERTV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Montenegro Masias (13 - 1) who hails from Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic and Iago Nogales(11 - 5 - 1) from Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic.  Masias weighed in at 225 pounds and 1 ounces, while Nogales weighed in at 227 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Roman Avendano, and the three ringside judges are Isidro Munoz, Carlos De Anda and Xaverius Alonso.  

Round 1:
