Odilon Mendy vs Julien Casta

Boxing Daily Report from the Wigwam Promotions promoted show at University of Cheikh Ahmadou Bamba, Touba,  taking place on 06/09/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Odilon Mendy (12 - 0) who hails from Pikine, Senegal and Julien Casta(4 - 5 - 1) from Dakar, Senegal.  Both Mendy and Casta weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Garland Malot, and the three ringside judges are Satch Siani, Germain Ndour and Damien Carol.  

Round 1: 

Casta lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.
