Diego Colorado vs Carlos Herrera

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ecuador-Guayas promoted show at Guayaquil Montijo, Guayaquil,  taking place on 18/08/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ecuador-Guayas Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Diego Colorado (13 - 6 - 1) who hails from Guayaquil, Ecuador and Carlos Herrera(10 - 4 - 2) from Guayaquil, Ecuador.  Colorado weighed in at 167 pounds And 9 ounces, while Herrera weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Cipriano Carrera, and the three ringside judges are Alejandro Orona, Sagaz Ancheta and Vicente Tamez.
