Lu Degn vs Gerrard Hemker

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Germany-Bremen promoted show at Meinrad Gerhardt Gym, Bremen,  taking place on 20/08/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Germany-Bremen Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Lu Degn (8 - 1) who hails from Bremerhaven, Germany and Gerrard Hemker(15 - 0 - 2) from Bremen, Germany.  Both Degn and Hemker weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Volker Affeldt, and the three ringside judges are Wagner Joens, Wendale Daut and Wray Bieker.
