Urvano Grano vs Fidel Nicodemus

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Honduras-Francisco Morazan promoted show at Tegucigalpa Almeida, Tegucigalpa,  taking place on 21/08/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Honduras Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Todo Deportes TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Urvano Grano (9 - 1) who hails from San Pedro Sula, Honduras and Fidel Nicodemus(9 - 7(1) - 2) from Tegucigalpa, Honduras.  Both Grano and Nicodemus weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Santiago Frutos, and the three ringside judges are Oleos Ossa, Montenegro Sicilia and Fausto Landeros.  

Round 1: 

Grano leans back on the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Nicodemus accepts the invitation, throwing powerful combos, but is unable to land anything on Grano.
