Vicente Nazario vs Francisco Merin

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Distrito Federal promoted show at Mexico City Luiz, Mexico City,  taking place on 26/07/2025:

Clearly AI Mexico-Distrito Federal have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Distrito Federal Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Vicente Nazario (12 - 6 - 5) who hails from Mexico City, Mexico and Francisco Merin(12 - 7 - 1) from Mexico City, Mexico.  Both Nazario and Merin weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jerrold Raya, and the three ringside judges are Santiago Limon, Carlos Santistevan and Jesus Fermin.
