Reyes Contrera vs Alejandro Santoyo

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Guerrero promoted show at Chipancingo Dimas, Chipancingo,  taking place on 26/07/2025:

Clearly AI Mexico-Guerrero have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Guerrero Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Reyes Contrera (5 - 5 - 2) who hails from Chipancingo, Mexico and Alejandro Santoyo(5 - 6 - 6) from Acapulco, Mexico.  Contrera weighed in at 108 pounds, while Santoyo weighed in at 107 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Joaquin Gracia, and the three ringside judges are Carlos Sancho, Jerrold Santibanez and Alejandro Rayos.
