Meril Demel vs Niels Gherts

Boxing Daily Report from the Kyei Promotions promoted show at Leipzig Kuechler, Leipzig,  taking place on 20/08/2025:

Clearly Kyei Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Meril Demel (2 - 0) who hails from Stuttgart, Germany and Niels Gherts(2 - 1 - 1) from Breda, Netherlands.  Demel weighed in at 130 pounds, while Gherts weighed in at 129 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Waldron Meisinger, and the three ringside judges are Odhert Jahr, Lamarr Scheele and Jaecar Striegel.  

Round 1: 

Gherts hits home with a left hook.
