Josh Ofoyen vs Julius Lanlehin

Boxing Daily Report from the Ofosu-Ayeh Promotions promoted show at Kano Orelesi, Kano,  taking place on 27/07/2025:

Clearly Ofosu-Ayeh Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria-Kano State Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Josh Ofoyen (5 - 3 - 7) who hails from Kano, Nigeria and Julius Lanlehin(6 - 9) from Kano, Nigeria.  Both Ofoyen and Lanlehin weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Lukman Aderemi, and the three ringside judges are Chinedu Shekari, Chinedu Shekari and Obafemi Olayinka.  

Round 1: 

Ofoyen is looking to close the distance.  Lanlehin pivots to the left of his opponent.  Ofoyen is on target with a right hook.
