Louis Muepu vs John Chipeta

Boxing Daily Report from the Quick Tan Promotions promoted show at Ellis Park Arena, Johannesburg,  taking place on 30/08/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Southern African Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Louis Muepu (18 - 3(2)) who hails from Cape Town, South Africa and John Chipeta(15 - 3) from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe.  Both Muepu and Chipeta weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dillon Strydom, and the three ringside judges are Tlou Nqakula, Tokelo Motupa and Isaac Chohan.
