Anele Nonyane vs Okal Mbalula

Boxing Daily Report from the Quick Tan Promotions promoted show at Ofosu-Ayeh Gym, Khayelitsha,  taking place on 09/08/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Anele Nonyane (9(1) - 0) who hails from Port Elizabeth, South Africa and Okal Mbalula(0 - 5) from Soweto, South Africa.  Both Nonyane and Mbalula weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Laken Ako, and the three ringside judges are Bongi Rantie, Luvolwethu Nyatama and La Vonn Dorkenoo.  

Round 1: 

Nonyane connects with a left uppercut.  
Nonyane steps inside and is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.
