Alfonso Loya vs Gabriel Pilar

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Mexico State promoted show at Jax Lusco Gym, Tlalnepantla,  taking place on 26/08/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Mexico State Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alfonso Loya (9 - 8(1) - 6) who hails from Chimalhuacan, Mexico and Gabriel Pilar(11 - 8(1) - 3) from Ecatepec, Mexico.  Loya weighed in at 117 pounds and 6 ounces, while Pilar weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sierra Zorrilla, and the three ringside judges are Pablo Mare, Santiago Montalvan and Lisandro Mancilla.
