Edmundo Junco vs Franco Galeas

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Nuevo Leon promoted show at Monterrey Landin, Monterrey,  taking place on 26/08/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Nuevo Leon Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Edmundo Junco (5 - 6) who hails from Guadalupe, Mexico and Franco Galeas(10 - 9) from Guadalupe, Mexico.  Both Junco and Galeas weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Santiago Fuertes, and the three ringside judges are Vegas Sanchez, Porfio Bosque and Juan Velasquez.
