Tajo Lainez vs Salvador Trueba

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Peru-Lima promoted show at Club Waikiki, Lima,  taking place on 29/07/2025:

Clearly AI Peru-Lima have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Peru-Lima Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Tajo Lainez (3 - 1 - 3) who hails from Lima, Peru and Salvador Trueba(6 - 11(2) - 2) from Lima, Peru.  Lainez weighed in at 153 pounds and 14 ounces, while Trueba weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Xaver Armando, and the three ringside judges are Emilio Triano, Venacio Belmontes and Iago Martir.
