Boxing Daily Report from the AI New Zealand-Canterbury promoted show at Christchurch Cathey, Christchurch,  taking place on 27/08/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the New Zealand-Canterbury Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kenzie Hamell (5 - 6 - 6) who hails from Christchurch, New Zealand and Aaron Ord(9 - 3(1) - 1) from Christchurch, New Zealand.  Both Hamell and Ord weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ian Dixon, and the three ringside judges are Ewan Roxburgh, Paul Moad and Jonathan Lockaby.
