Abdul Wassan vs Khalid Molla

Boxing Daily Report from the Rooq Promotions promoted show at Berjaya Convention Centre, Johor Bahru,  taking place on 08/09/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Malaysia-Johor Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV3, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Abdul Wassan (14 - 1) who hails from Johor Bahru, Malaysia and Khalid Molla(11 - 4 - 3) from Johor Bahru, Malaysia.  Wassan weighed in at 107 pounds And 12 ounces, while Molla weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Farhan Younis, and the three ringside judges are Saad Hassan, Haaris Hammad and Azam Hamdan.
