Afanas Karaev vs Ilqar Akram

Boxing Daily Report from the Central Asia Promotions promoted show at Silk Road Conference Hall, Toshkent,  taking place on 01/09/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Afanas Karaev (7 - 0) who hails from Toshkent, Uzbekistan and Ilqar Akram(3 - 3 - 2) from Dushanbe, Tajikistan.  Both Karaev and Akram weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Bayram Mattar, and the three ringside judges are Boris Nuriev, Kir Narimanov and Melor Baighanoff.
