Satoshi Akiyama vs Mikio Arita

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Aichi promoted show at Shinji Sugimoto Gym, Nagoya,  taking place on 01/09/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Aichi Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Satoshi Akiyama (11 - 3 - 1) who hails from Toyota, Japan and Mikio Arita(5 - 3 - 1) from Ichinomiya, Japan.  Akiyama weighed in at 122 pounds, while Arita weighed in at 121 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Nao Sugiyama, and the three ringside judges are Kazuki Yamamoto, Jun Satow and Raiden Oyama.
