Zelipe Tapay vs Rich Catacutan

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-Bulacan promoted show at Malolos Lozoya, Malolos,  taking place on 28/09/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IBC, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Zelipe Tapay (14(3) - 0) who hails from Dasmarinas, Philippines and Rich Catacutan(10 - 2) from Quezon City, Philippines.  Tapay weighed in at 126 pounds, while Catacutan weighed in at 125 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Alano Berra, and the three ringside judges are Juan Vasques, Alejandro Unabia and Francisco Celeste.  

Round 1: 

Tapay is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.
