Boxing Daily Report from the AI Vietnam-North promoted show at Grand Mercure Son Tra Ballroom, Da Nang,  taking place on 02/09/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Vietnam Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on VT6, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are La Thanh (10 - 0 - 1) who hails from Da Nang, Vietnam and Danh Cuong(4 - 4 - 1) from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.  Both Thanh and Cuong weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dang Duong, and the three ringside judges are Hang Thuan, Van Thanh and Vien Duc.
