Khalid Begum vs Amjad Abdo

Boxing Daily Report from the Manyama Promotions promoted show at Kampala Tandon, Kampala,  taking place on 02/09/2025:

Clearly Manyama Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Uganda-Kampala District Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on UTV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Khalid Begum (8 - 6 - 1) who hails from Kampala, Uganda and Amjad Abdo(7 - 7 - 2) from Kampala, Uganda.  Both Begum and Abdo weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dale Kayonga, and the three ringside judges are Jay Mwesige, Usi Matembe and Ian Magunda.
