Boxing Daily Report from the AI Uganda-Kampala District promoted show at Kampala Salam, Kampala,  taking place on 02/09/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Uganda-Kampala District Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sam Oywello (8 - 6 - 3) who hails from Kampala, Uganda and Bilal Haque(4 - 9(1) - 4) from Kampala, Uganda.  Both Oywello and Haque weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dale Kayonga, and the three ringside judges are Salim Tusabe, Rob Kaana and Rehman Shaikh.
