Uba Chipepo vs Ubanwa Pichen

Boxing Daily Report from the Daduryan Promotions promoted show at Lusaka Nsunzu, Lusaka,  taking place on 03/09/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Zambia Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on ZNBC, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Uba Chipepo (11 - 2) who hails from Kitwe, Zambia and Ubanwa Pichen(7 - 7) from Lusaka, Zambia.  Chipepo weighed in at 174 pounds and 15 ounces, while Pichen weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kadeem Magande, and the three ringside judges are Vashon Kalunga, Roshaun Mooka and Wayne Chimuka.  

Round 1: 

Pichen feints a jab, and then throws a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a right uppercut.
