Zach Mbara vs Antwan Mawere

Boxing Daily Report from the African Fusion promoted show at Morris Depot Police Camp, Harare,  taking place on 25/09/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Zimbabwe Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on DStv, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Zach Mbara (15(2) - 2 - 1(NC)) who hails from Chitungwiza, Zimbabwe and Antwan Mawere(8 - 5(1) - 1) from Harare, Zimbabwe.  Mbara weighed in at 160 pounds, while Mawere weighed in at 159 pounds And 2 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Joey Mbara, and the three ringside judges are Kwamin Mahachi, Jonathan Mnangagwa and James Mupariwa.
