Antonio Esquilin vs Makalo Akamenya

Boxing Daily Report from the Bos Firefighters promoted show at Empire City Casino, Yonkers,  taking place on 12/09/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the WRBC International Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Antonio Esquilin (12(6) - 3) who hails from Santa Fe de la Vera Cruz, Argentina and Makalo Akamenya(14(1) - 3(2) - 1) from Kumasi, Ghana.  Both Esquilin and Akamenya weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Daniel Leask, and the three ringside judges are Ian Shea, Ellis Cammon and Massimo Alemanno.
