Arnie Sharer vs David Pottenger

Boxing Daily Report from the Arrow Fighting Group promoted show at Crowne Plaza DIA, Denver,  taking place on 20/09/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Arnie Sharer (6 - 4 - 2) who hails from Greeley, USA and David Pottenger(7 - 0) from Las Vegas, USA.  Both Sharer and Pottenger weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Fraser Pringle, and the three ringside judges are Glynn Wardrop, Gus Nickson and Dave Blackard.  

Round 1: 

Pottenger is on target with a firm cross.  
Sharer tries to land a left uppercut, but Pottenger slips the shot and counters with a cross.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Pottenger has taken some damage from that accidental headbutt.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.
