Onofre Bermudez vs Venacio Pecha

Boxing Daily Report from the Mfune Promotions promoted show at Joaquin Saucedo Gym, Mendoza,  taking place on 13/09/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Argentina-Mendoza Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Onofre Bermudez (7 - 6 - 1) who hails from Mendoza, Argentina and Venacio Pecha(12 - 1) from Mendoza, Argentina.  Both Bermudez and Pecha weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Diego Agron, and the three ringside judges are Alfonso Malle, Iago Rosalez and Carlos Cala.  

Round 1: 

Pecha lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
Bermudez is looking to close the distance.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Bermudez dabs at his face checking for damage.  Bermudez has been damaged by the clash of heads.
