Diego Lanza vs Vegas Riquelme

Boxing Daily Report from the Acheampong Promotions promoted show at Santo Domingo de Guz Aleman, Santo Domingo de Guzman,  taking place on 16/09/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Dominican Republic-Distrito Nacional Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Diego Lanza (10 - 3) who hails from Santo Domingo de Guzman, Dominican Republic and Vegas Riquelme(9 - 6 - 3) from Santo Domingo de Guzman, Dominican Republic.  Lanza weighed in at 153 pounds And 12 ounces, while Riquelme weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Diego Torno, and the three ringside judges are Joaquin Burgo, Diego Torno and Joaquin Sahagun.
