Boxing Daily Report from the AI Egypt-Cairo promoted show at Aftab Fahmy Gym, Cairo,  taking place on 17/09/2025:

Clearly AI Egypt-Cairo have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Egypt-Cairo Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jawad Issawi (6 - 7 - 5) who hails from Cairo, Egypt and Ali Fathy(2 - 4 - 1) from Cairo, Egypt.  Both Issawi and Fathy weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Danyaal Meshaal, and the three ringside judges are Hassan Emam, Aftab Bari and Kamran Samra.  

Round 1: 

Issawi wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Fathy dabs at his face checking for damage.
