Steven Badu vs Patrick Assifuah

Boxing Daily Report from the Quansah Promotions promoted show at Achiaman Asante, Achiaman,  taking place on 20/08/2025:

Clearly Quansah Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ghana-Greater Accra Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Steven Badu (8 - 6 - 3) who hails from Accra, Ghana and Patrick Assifuah(2 - 11 - 4) from Accra, Ghana.  Both Badu and Assifuah weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Robert Akuffo, and the three ringside judges are Razi Adusei, Shevon Adusei and Malik Hussain.  

Round 1: 

Assifuah tries to land a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a right hook.
