Rashid Zaher vs Tauno Laurikko

Boxing Daily Report from the UAE Boxing promoted show at Atlantis, The Palm, Dubai,  taking place on 01/11/2025:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Al Jazeera Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rashid Zaher (16 - 1) who hails from Al Ain, UAE and Tauno Laurikko(9 - 6(1) - 3) from Tampere, Finland.  Zaher weighed in at 226 pounds and 8 ounces, while Laurikko weighed in at 238 pounds and 4 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Waqas Rahaim, and the three ringside judges are Haider Albishi, Syed Gazal and Ali Ayub.
