Ashoka Bhattacharya vs Aseem Rajpurohit

Boxing Daily Report from the AI India-Karnataka promoted show at Arun Rajan Gym, Bangalore,  taking place on 22/08/2025:

Clearly AI India-Karnataka have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the India-Karnataka Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ashoka Bhattacharya (4 - 9 - 3) who hails from Bangalore, India and Aseem Rajpurohit(6 - 4 - 2) from Bangalore, India.  Bhattacharya weighed in at 228 pounds and 6 ounces, while Rajpurohit weighed in at 257 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Akhil Shastri, and the three ringside judges are Hassan Sader, Amjad Basa and Amit Pahalajani.
