Shing Shao vs Xing-fu Poh

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Iran-Tehran promoted show at Tehran Iyer, Tehran,  taking place on 22/08/2025:

Clearly AI Iran-Tehran have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Iran-Tehran Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Shing Shao (7 - 5 - 3) who hails from Tehran, Iran and Xing-fu Poh(7 - 3 - 3) from Tehran, Iran.  Both Shao and Poh weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Saad Salameh, and the three ringside judges are Farhan Shahin, Ali Khalifa and Imran Ashraf.  

Round 1: 

Shao pivots to the side of his opponent.  Poh is on target with a cross.  
Poh walks Shao down, trapping him in the corner.  Poh hits home with a left hook.  
Poh closes the distance and manouvers Shao into a corner.  Poh hits home with a right hook.
