Shamus Kelly vs Eoghan MacIver

Boxing Daily Report from the Mzima Promotions promoted show at Dublin Casey, Dublin,  taking place on 22/08/2025:

Clearly Mzima Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Irish-Leinster Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Shamus Kelly (8 - 7 - 1) who hails from Dublin, Ireland and Eoghan MacIver(9 - 5 - 3) from Dublin, Ireland.  Kelly weighed in at 139 pounds And 10 ounces, while MacIver weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Charlie Brisbane, and the three ringside judges are Karl Finnegan, Lorcan Coleman and Lee Taggart.
