Fausto Chiamparino vs Fino Zocco

Boxing Daily Report from the Gyan Promotions promoted show at Catania Pesce, Catania,  taking place on 21/09/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Italy-Sicily Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Fausto Chiamparino (15 - 5 - 1) who hails from Palermo, Italy and Fino Zocco(10 - 3 - 1) from Palermo, Italy.  Chiamparino weighed in at 130 pounds, while Zocco weighed in at 129 pounds and 4 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Vicenzo Strano, and the three ringside judges are Antonio Gallico, Francesco Basini and Nico Scagni.  

Round 1: 

Zocco tries to land a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.

Chiamparino is looking to keep the action on the outside and hits home with an overhand right.
