Joseph Rodgers vs Sean Taylor

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Jamaica-Saint Catherine promoted show at Zach Turner Gym, Spanish Town,  taking place on 22/09/2025:

Clearly AI Jamaica-Saint Catherine have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Jamaica-Saint Catherine Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Joseph Rodgers (2 - 3 - 2) who hails from Spanish Town, Jamaica and Sean Taylor(3 - 10 - 2) from Spanish Town, Jamaica.  Both Rodgers and Taylor weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Oscar Coats, and the three ringside judges are Ian Hemphill, Elliot Nist and John Grass.

Rodgers is looking to close the distance.  Taylor quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Taylor tries to land a right uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.
