Jiro Miura vs Kenji Akamine

Boxing Daily Report from the Nundwe Promotions promoted show at Nao Imai Gym, Hakodate,  taking place on 22/09/2025:

Clearly Nundwe Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Hokkaido Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jiro Miura (10 - 0) who hails from Sapporo, Japan and Kenji Akamine(9 - 5 - 5) from Hakodate, Japan.  Both Miura and Akamine weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Goro Mori, and the three ringside judges are Daichi Hirayama, Satoru Yasui and Aki Mizuno.  

Round 1: 

Akamine lands a cross followed by a left hook to his opponents head.
