Jiro Goto vs Ryuu Matsuzaki

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Kyoto promoted show at Hotel Granvia Kyoto Taketori Hall, Kyoto,  taking place on 22/09/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Kyoto Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jiro Goto (12 - 1) who hails from Kyoto, Japan and Ryuu Matsuzaki(7 - 4 - 4) from Kyoto, Japan.  Both Goto and Matsuzaki weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mikio Nagata, and the three ringside judges are Kenji Fujimoto, Nao Mori and Takeshi Shimizu.
