Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Nairobi promoted show at Nairobi Mannan, Nairobi,  taking place on 23/09/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on KTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Kashif Soltani (7 - 11) who hails from Nairobi, Kenya and Banji Shikwati(13 - 6 - 1) from Nakuru, Kenya.  Soltani weighed in at 231 pounds and 5 ounces, while Shikwati weighed in at 237 pounds and 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Sam Waiyaki, and the three ringside judges are Manu Yator, Scott Merande and Chris Birir.
