Krist Mechelen vs Radboud Laurin

Boxing Daily Report from the Empire Boxing promoted show at The Hague Van den Broucke, The Hague,  taking place on 27/08/2025:

Clearly Empire Boxing have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Netherlands-South Holland Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Krist Mechelen (9 - 4 - 6) who hails from The Hague, Netherlands and Radboud Laurin(5 - 14) from The Hague, Netherlands.  Both Mechelen and Laurin weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Augustijn Reyfin, and the three ringside judges are Edgard Ficket, Godveerd Lambrechts and Monder Van der Schuere.

As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Mechelen dabs at his face checking for damage.
