Alexander Dahl vs Leighton Bower

Boxing Daily Report from the Glove Shack promoted show at MSG Theater, New York City,  taking place on 27/09/2025:

Clearly Glove Shack have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Alexander Dahl (21(16) - 0 - 1) who hails from Linz, Austria and Leighton Bower(11 - 2 - 1) from Mesa, USA.  Both Dahl and Bower weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kieran Whitten, and the three ringside judges are Sam Calderwood, Gethin Ranieri and Dom Kilgour.

Bower advances into close range.  Dahl pivots to the right of his opponent and lands two left hook's to the body followed by a right hook to the head.

Bower gets on the inside.  Dahl hits home with a stinging right hook.  
Bower cuts off the ring, trapping Dahl on the ropes.  Bower sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook.  
Bower attempts to land a jab, but Dahl slips the shot and counters with a FIERCE right hook.  BOWER WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Bower recovers before his opponent can take advantage.

Dahl tries to step out of his opponents range.  Dahl sidesteps to the right of his opponent and DETONATES a MASSIVE overhand right on his opponents face.  IT LOOKS LIKE BOWER WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Bower quickly recovers.
