Leonel Alameda vs Reynaldo Piedra

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Jalisco promoted show at Guadalajara Baltodano, Guadalajara,  taking place on 25/09/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Mexico-Jalisco Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TVC Deportes, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Leonel Alameda (9 - 10 - 4) who hails from Guadalajara, Mexico and Reynaldo Piedra(10 - 8 - 3) from Zapopan, Mexico.  Alameda weighed in at 126 pounds, while Piedra weighed in at 125 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Luis Meraz, and the three ringside judges are Rodrigo Machuca, Cisco Amador and Quico Mosso.
