Chima Kalu vs Tunde Nku

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Rivers State promoted show at Port Harcourt Akwashiki, Port Harcourt,  taking place on 26/09/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria-Rivers State Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Chima Kalu (8(2) - 2) who hails from Port Harcourt, Nigeria and Tunde Nku(7 - 7(2) - 5) from Port Harcourt, Nigeria.  Kalu weighed in at 147 pounds, while Nku weighed in at 146 pounds And 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Bright Kuti, and the three ringside judges are Godfrey Olorundare, Prince Nwapa and Bright Kuti.
