Xeres Iguban vs Javier Lamdagan

Boxing Daily Report from the Obita Promotions promoted show at Silang Tauyan, Silang,  taking place on 29/08/2025:

Clearly Obita Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Cavite Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Xeres Iguban (9 - 1) who hails from Bacoor, Philippines and Javier Lamdagan(10 - 8 - 2) from Bacoor, Philippines.  Both Iguban and Lamdagan weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jose Salire, and the three ringside judges are Xaverius Binayas, Montego Morillo and Diego Lakian.  

Round 1: 

Lamdagan is looking to keep his distance.  Iguban lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Iguban gets on the inside and is on target with a left hook to Lamdagan's body.  
Lamdagan switches the action to the outside.  Iguban lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.
