Cipriano Palaganas vs Seferino Pestana

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-Laguna promoted show at Dimos Batacan Gym, Calamba,  taking place on 29/08/2025:

Clearly AI Philippines-Laguna have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Laguna Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Cipriano Palaganas (11 - 5 - 3) who hails from San Pedro, Philippines and Seferino Pestana(7 - 11 - 3) from Calamba, Philippines.  Both Palaganas and Pestana weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ivan Talaro, and the three ringside judges are Ulises Puruganan, Miguel Nieto and Darryl Emuslan.
