John Agpoon vs Jose Payot

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-NCR promoted show at Dario Gaffud Gym, Manila,  taking place on 29/08/2025:

Clearly AI Philippines-NCR have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-NCR Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Agpoon (7 - 9 - 1) who hails from Quezon City, Philippines and Jose Payot(15 - 4(2) - 1) from Quezon City, Philippines.  Both Agpoon and Payot weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Larenzo Benito, and the three ringside judges are Rico Cabatingan, Diego Mangay-ayam and Leonardo Macapagal.
