Ulmer Plassmeyer vs Konstantin á Simeonov

Boxing Daily Report from the Rattlesnake Promotions promoted show at Don Haskins Convention Center, El Paso,  taking place on 04/10/2025:

Clearly Rattlesnake Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the WRBO Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ulmer Plassmeyer (24(10) - 4(1)) who hails from Regensburg, Germany and Konstantin á Simeonov(16(5) - 4(1)) from Burgas, Bulgaria.  Both Plassmeyer and Simeonov weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Orlando Merlin, and the three ringside judges are Floyd Celestino, Harry Burwick and Henry Messer.
