Boxing Daily Report from the AI New Zealand-Canterbury promoted show at Christchurch Summerhill, Christchurch,  taking place on 26/09/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the New Zealand Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Prime, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are John Burnet (6 - 0 - 1) who hails from Wellington, New Zealand and Harvey Maskell(10 - 8) from Christchurch, New Zealand.  Burnet weighed in at 231 pounds and 12 ounces, while Maskell weighed in at 239 pounds and 6 ounces.
