David Baguio vs Diego Abaya

Boxing Daily Report from the Kamuntu Promotions promoted show at Lapu-Lapu Salumbides, Lapu-Lapu,  taking place on 28/09/2025:

Clearly Kamuntu Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Cebu Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are David Baguio (4 - 9) who hails from Mandaue, Philippines and Diego Abaya(6 - 9 - 3) from Cebu City, Philippines.  Baguio weighed in at 121 pounds And 8 ounces, while Abaya weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Oihane Tatlonghari, and the three ringside judges are Fanuco Cabili, Miguel Gannod and Jesus Prisco.
