Melor Podkolzin vs Goga Korobov

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Russia-Saint Petersburg promoted show at Saint Petersburg Krutov, Saint Petersburg,  taking place on 29/09/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Russia-Saint Petersburg Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport Russia, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Melor Podkolzin (9 - 4 - 1) who hails from Saint Petersburg, Russia and Goga Korobov(8 - 3) from Saint Petersburg, Russia.  Podkolzin weighed in at 107 pounds and 3 ounces, while Korobov weighed in at 107 pounds and 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Fadei Borzakovskiy, and the three ringside judges are Dimi Aksinin, Dimi Dundukov and Kir Kovalski.
